6. Exceptions: In cases where we are unable to provide access to the purchased course due to technical issues on our end, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to provide access within a reasonable timeframe, we may consider offering an alternative solution, such as providing access to a similar product or offering credit for future purchases. Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
